Makita DSC121ZK is a 18V cordless thread rod cutter. It provides clean burr free cutting, and make up to 420 cuts of M12 threaded rod with a 18V 5.0Ah battery. The compact design makes the DSC121ZK ideal for overhead cutting of installed threaded rod. Provides spark-free cuts that are clean and burr-free allowing easy hand-threading of fastener or nut.

Features
- Release valve if you want to stop the cutter rod mid-stroke and return it to the start position, turn the return knob counterclockwise (1/2 turn) and loosen it. The cutter rod will return to the start position
- Cutting jaws will cleanly cut threaded rod so that fastenings will thread straight on without any additional clean up required
- Cutting jaws have been specifically designed for M12 cutting with more then enough power for cutting stainless rod
- Rapid cutting speed cuts through M12 threaded rod in 3 seconds
- 18V Brushless motor provides exceptional runtime cutting up to 420 pieces of M12 threaded rod on 18V 5.0Ah battery
